Reintroduced in the Fall 2019 semester, Falcon Disc Golf Club is already soaring high through the ranks! The first tournament of the team’s inaugural season took place at the University of Cincinnati UC Discats from Idlewild, KY, and Mt. Airy. The next conference tournament was on November 23 at Hudson Mills in Dexter, MI. The team beat University of Michigan, Central Michigan University, and several B teams to place third. During the tournament, players Paul Harris and Travis Cring placed in the top 10 individual performances.
On February 29, the team attended the conference championships, held in Pleasant Valley, MI. Fighting through cold and snowy conditions, Disc Golf Club placed high to secure a bid to the national championships in Rock Hill, South Carolina! Individual player Travis Cring again placed in the top 10 performances of the tournament.
