New Roster Updates!

As we gear up for the upcoming tournaments, we would like to inform you of an important change to our roster completion deadline.
In order to ensure smooth organization and better preparation for the regional and national events, we kindly request that all teams complete their rosters earlier this season. Specifically, we ask that rosters be finalized before the start of the regional tournaments, rather than waiting until the week of the National Championship.
We understand that this adjustment may require some advanced planning and coordination, but it will significantly benefit our team’s efficiency and allow us to better allocate resources leading up to the National Championship. By having rosters in place earlier, we can ensure smoother communication, adequate time for event preperation, and streamlined logistics for travel and accommodations.
Completing rosters before regionals will also help us facilitate more accurate team rankings and seeding for the National Championship, enabling a fair and competitive playing field for all participating colleges.
We kindly request all team captains and members to prioritize this deadline and work collaboratively to finalize your rosters promptly. Please communicate with your teammates, gather the necessary information, and submit the completed rosters to the designated point of contact two weeks before competing in a Regional.
