Growing up sports & outdoors was everything for my family. Frisbee and disc golf was a passion of my father’s for most of my childhood, but I did not find my love for disc golf until 2016. After college, I spent many years working in traditional golf as a Golf Professional in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
As disc golf became more and more important in my life, I found a natural role as a Tournament Director. Early on I began my journey hosting multiple disc golf events each year including founding the Myrtle Beach Open: now one of the most well established A-Tier events in the southeast. In 2020 I was invited by Jonathan Poole to join the event operations team responsible for putting on the United States Disc Golf Championship. After three years serving in a supporting role, I was given the opportunity to join the US Disc Golf & Innova team full time. This was a dream come true, marrying my professional career with my love of the sport of disc golf.
In 2023 I was honored to serve as Assistant TD for the CDGNC, the Blue Ridge Championship a DGPT Silver event, the Throw Pink Women’s Disc Golf Championship, as well as the USDGC. I was also the TD for the USDGC Doubles Main Event and the Myrtle Beach Open. I look forward to bringing my passion, experience, and fun-loving spirit to you all in 2024 as the Tournament Director for the Collegiate Disc Golf National Championship.
